How We Work for You
Registering a new business
You are starting from nothing. We take it from the name application through to a company that is ready to trade.
Transfer from your current provider
You already have a company. We take it over from whoever holds it now, and put right whatever was left behind.
Requirement gathering
We establish what the company needs and what it already has. Scope and fee are agreed here, before any work starts.
Billing
One invoice for the agreed scope, settled before the work begins. Nothing is open to argument later about what was covered.
Data collection
For a transfer we need your UEN to start, and nothing else. After that, send whatever you have in whatever state it is in, and we will make sense of it.
Provision of accesses
You grant the accesses we need in order to act: CorpPass, and your existing accounting software if you already run one.
Normalisation of records and registers
Registers, ledgers and statutory records are brought into one consistent state, so everything after this runs off a single source.
Analysis of backlog and rectification
We report what is missing, late or wrong from before you came to us, and what it takes to put each item right. You decide what we fix.
Steady state
Everything runs to the calendar from here, across corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and payroll. You hear from us when something is filed, not when it falls due.
